PAUL LITVIN
MS in Physics and Electronics from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio-electronics
—————————————
Paul make things happen. He is responsible for company management and development, problem solving; project estimating, design and supervision, as well as making certain that necessary work is done properly and on time.
Besides work, Paul loves gardening, hiking, outdoors in general, meditating, practicing yoga, reading and everlasting learning.
THEIR STORY
In 1975, Paul founded Quarta. Quarta was a club in college that was designed to provide students with a place to express themselves through "discotheque", poetry, theater, and modern dance. As engineering students, Paul and his friends would design and build amplifiers, speakers, and lights to host events for the club.
It wasn't until long after where Paul met Larisa on campus and together they combined their expertise in engineering and marketing to promote theatrical innovation and design. They were fortunate to find other young, like-minded professionals in the tech entertainment industry who brought new concepts and ideas to the table.
A few years and around a few countries later, Generations opened its doors in the US in 1993. Over the years, Paul and Larisa have shared one consistent goal— to provide quality theatrical systems that bring a client’s vision to life while sticking to the original project budget. Similar to The Rolling Stones, the team at Generations continues to learn and progress daily; never settling in one place for too long.
THE CULTURE
We take pride in keeping our people happy. We give them the space they need to create; the freedom to showcase their expertise in each and every project we produce. There's a never-ending loop of respect, learning, and growth. We give them 100%, they give us 100% back.
Our team is clear on our goals and are incentivized through recognition, compensation, and the success of a project. A team that works together with a collective goal will create an internal culture of collaboration and mutual success.
With great performance, come the benefits. We love a celebration! From birthdays to good weather, we always find an excuse to celebrate. Every week, we have Bagel Wednesday's, Pizza Thursday's, Sushi Fridays– and currently in the process of brainstorming what to do the other two days!
