Summary

Pearl River High School’s theater received a major upgrade focused on improving both the sound and lighting systems that power performances in the space.

The project began with a full evaluation of the existing audio setup. After running sound level calculations and coverage tests, our team identified the ideal speaker configuration to deliver balanced, consistent audio throughout the auditorium. The new system includes a professional 24-fader mixing console, giving operators precise control over live productions and events. A Clear-Com intercom system was also installed to connect the control booth, stage crew, and performers, allowing productions to run smoothly behind the scenes.

The stage lighting system was upgraded with a versatile package of fixtures including spotlights, PAR lights, moving lights, and cyclorama lighting. Together, these fixtures give students and staff far more creative flexibility when designing looks for performances.

To finish the project, we designed and installed a custom rolltop control desk at the rear of the auditorium. The desk securely houses the lighting and audio consoles while keeping them easily accessible during productions.

This upgrade gives the theater a modern technical backbone while keeping the focus where it belongs: on the performances happening on stage.
